Smart Card Milling and Chip Embedding Machine

Smart Card Milling and Chip Embedding Machine is used for milling the cavities on the base cards which will be embedded chips. Before chips embedding, chips will be detected, punched and implanted in milled cavities. This model of milling and embedding two in one machine adopts unique cards collection device and chips module transporting device, which guarantee the smoothness during machine working.

Hot welding adopts unique plane structure to guarantee no glue failure during embedding process. Multiple hot welding ensures the high quality of embedding.

Chips ATR detecting device can remove rejection and collecting automatically, which guarantees the percent of pass of embedding.

Features:

1. Integration of cavities milling, vacuum cleaning, cavity present detection, spot welding, module punching, embedding and testing.

2. Double card collection boxes are adopts. To improve working efficiency, two cards are milling and feeding together when machine is working on single chip is embedded; single card is milling and feeding while dual chips or four chips are embedded.

3. No need to change molds when machine is embedding the same kind of chips. ( Need to change mold and milling heads when it is embedding different size of chips.)

4. Specialized fixture design to ensure the accuracy of milling depth without any influences from card thickness and size.

5. Pre-set with four standard module milling programs which may be called according to actual requirements, with parameters to be modified at ease.

6. Two groups of X,Y,Z axis, it can be choose the first layer and second layer milling separately, which has improved manufacturing efficiency and get rid of the difficulty of modifying the center position while milling.

7. The milling depth of the Z-Axis is realized through guide rail and the screw driven by high precision servomotor to provide accurate milling depth, eliminating complicated process of tool changing.

8. This model integrates functions of cavities detection, card overlap detection, direction monitoring and base card rectifying.

9. Servo motor drives conveyor belt to finish cards transporting, which guarantees the stability and security of machine.

10. IC strip stepping is driven by servo motor and monitored by electrical eyes. Which makes it is easy to adjust and stepping accurately.

11. Automatic feeding and collecting IC strip.

12. Recognize good and rejected chips automatically, rejection will be removed and collected in one box.

13. Unique chips taking device ensures that chips will not be damaged during chips transporting.

14. Molds punching is rectified by nail location.

15. Strip chip stepping is controlled by servo system, adjust parameter directly through changing distance, the accurate photoelectric sensor monitoring process to give modules double protection.

16. Servo drives high precision lead rail and ball screw to realize chips transporting, transporting position could be changed directly.

17. Detecting whether there is chip on base card before hot welding action, if no chip on card, machine will not embed this card.

18. Every card will be hot welded twice, and the base cards will be rectified automatically.

19. There is cold pressing after hot welding.

20. There is fine turning in X, Y directions of hot welding heads.

21. Hot welding and cold pressing both have water cooling function, which ensure there is no scar behind the base card.

22. ATR detecting before collecting, rejection will be removed and collected in one box.

23. Unique card pulling device avoids the dual cards pulling.
